By using ADHD.lk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

ADHD.lk provides free self-help tools — a focus timer, daily planner, routine builder, habit tracker, journal, breathing exercises, an educational library and a self-screening questionnaire. An account is optional: every tool works without registering. An account exists only to save your data across devices.

ADHD.lk is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here replaces a qualified healthcare professional.

The ADHD self-test (ASRS v1.1) is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. A positive result does not mean you have ADHD, and a negative result does not mean you do not. Only a qualified professional can diagnose ADHD.

If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, contact emergency services immediately — in Sri Lanka call 1926 (free, 24/7).

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

If you use the tools without an account, your data is stored only in your browser. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices will permanently lose it. We cannot recover guest data.

If you have an account we store your data on our server and take reasonable care of it, but we do not guarantee against loss. Please export anything important (Settings → Download my data). See our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or upload harmful content.

Articles and site content are provided for education. You may read and share links freely; please do not republish substantial content as your own. Anything you write (tasks, journal entries, routines) remains yours — we do not claim ownership and we do not sell it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tool will produce a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD.lk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or any decision you make based on information or tools on this site.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
